Dear Parishioners and Friends,

Maslenitsa or Butter Week is underway, leading up to our St. Xenia Parish Blini Luncheon, which will happen this Sunday, March 17th, at 12:30.

The Sisterhood, Parish Council Blini Committee, and other volunteers are working together to ensure this traditional Blini luncheon and fundraiser are successful. There are only a few tickets remaining, so don’t miss out!

Please remember that on Sunday after Liturgy and before our Blini, all parishioners are encouraged to attend the short but spiritually significant Forgiveness Vespers.

Here’s the schedule for March 17th, (please note the times, including an early start for Divine Liturgy):

9:30 – Divine Liturgy (starting 30 minutes earlier than usual on this day only)
11:45 – Forgiveness Vespers before Great Lent
12:30 – Blini!
